We offer affordable flat rate shipping to all countries we ship to! So you don't have to worry about shipping cost regardless of the weight or number of items in your order.

Please take note that this flat fee shipping rate made with website orders can't be used to include live sales' claimed items to be shipped together in this single rate paid for website orders.

After your order has been placed, it typically take 2-4 business days to be packed and picked up by our courier partners after an order has been placed. The shipping time frame for each country does not include order processing time.

As I'm a one woman show navigating health issues, sometimes I might take an extra 2-3 days to get your order shipped. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Essentially, to keep an 'open box' is to have all your items from multiple orders across our store's product releases, shipped in a single parcel.

Simply leave a note during checkout, stating 'open box'.

And when you wish to ship your orders, you can do the same by stating 'close box and ship my orders'

You can accumulate up to 5 pieces to be shipped at a single flat shipping fee.

If your pieces are small in size, I'm flexible to allow 1-2 more pieces to be shipped in a single parcel without extra shipping cost to you.

You get to enjoy a maximum of 30 days period to keep your box open, starting from the date of your first order. All your orders will only ship once you are ready to do so (email us), or when the 30 days period has reached. Only use this option if you're not in a hurry to receive your items. If you need a longer time, just drop me an email or DM via insta :)

As our items are one of a kind, change of mind or item swaps are strictly not allowed.

Someone else who might have wanted the piece you purchased did not get a chance, and it would neither be fair for that person or us as a business.

As my website's default rule, you will be charged for shipping on every order.

For local (Singapore) orders
All orders will automatically ship, and shipping fees will be refunded, once your orders hit at least $SGD100

For international orders
Shipping fees will be refunded on the 2nd order onwards. Your first order's shipping fee will not be refunded, as it will be taken as the flat rate shipping fee for all your orders in your open box.
